Heath and Lee Hudson are Mussel fishermen and entrepreneurs. They have been involved with the mussel business for eight years and reflect on the changes that have occurred in this industry. Herbert Hodgkins first started lobster fishing as a child with his father. Later in life he ran the Tidal Falls Lobster Pound in Hancock, Maine. Today he does research with the University of Maine on different types of bait that can be used in lobster fishing. Some of the products he is testing are made from soy and also corn. He also discusses many aspects of lobster fishing in general. |

Billy has fished both in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans in a variety of boats with a variety of machinery and crewmembers. Scott Fuller has worked as a lobster and scallop fisherman off Frenchmen¿s Bay in Bar Harbor. He spent most of his time as a stern man and explains the role he played in this job. He discusses the pros and cons of scallop dragging. He also talks about the territorial wars connected to fishing as well as some of the life threatening situations at being out on the sea.
